I understand that I will return the designated rental items ex. tableware, dishware and glassware.

I understand that all dishware, glassware and silverware must be rinsed free from food residue, sauces and sticky substances before return. A $15 service fee will incur if dishware, glassware and/or silverware are not rinsed. (Does not apply to those who have purchased the You Thought of Everything Package.

I understand that I will pack up all rental items with the packing materials provided. (Does not apply to those who have purchased the You Thought of Everything package.

I understand that I will be charged for the cost of any rental item that is lost, stolen or damaged.

I understand that all pets must be fully secured in another room for the duration of the delivery/pickup or setup.

I understand that I must have my own table and chairs for my event setup.

I understand that I will receive table settings and decor that is reflective of the occasion I have chosen, curated by the Detailed Vancouver team. Items within each package are subject to change.

I understand that any cancellations made within 72 hours of my delivery time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

I understand that Detailed Vancouver reserves the right to cancel any order/service in the event that the home or location is not suitable for delivery or set up.
